DLH Enterprises is a Tax preparation for individuals and businesses, bookkeeping and payroll for small businesses company that started in 1996 as a part time 2nd job serving just 15 clients. Debbie Hoy began preparing taxes in 1985 before deciding to strike out on her own 10 years later. In 2010 it became a full-time business venture. Now 29 years later they have roughly 650 clients that were acquired primarily through word of mouth and client referrals. In 2013 Debbie completed her Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration. Now it is 2025 and the Office is ever evolving. Dawn Havemeyer joined the office as Office administrator who handles the day to day operations as well as filing tax returns. We pride ourselves on being affordable and maintaining our loyal client base. Our clients appreciate the personalization and family friendly atmosphere we have created.
